MAINTENANCE CLEANINGS:
Take much less time than your initial cleaning and cost less because
your home has been thoroughly cleaned and simply needs maintenance
cleaning.
The fee is based on the number of rooms to be cleaned, how
often we clean and the number of pets and people living in your home.
Prices
average $60 - $120 for weekly and biweekly cleaning and $90+ for
monthly cleaning.

SPECIAL SERVICES:
Ranging from $5 - $40 per service (refrigerators, ovens, windows &
patios, etc)
Laundry - $20/hr - Sorry, no ironing. Ask for
estimates.
Carpet Cleaning -
$.23 to $.27 per sq. ft.
(Carpet 10 ft by 12 ft = 120 sq. ft.)
($.25 x 120 sq. ft. = $30 )
